Francisco was on his way to work when he got into a minor traffic accident. Instead of being released to the care of his family, he was detained and taken to Irwin County Detention Center. Francisco has lived in the US for 15 years now, he has 4 children who need him, and has no criminal history. Why is he imprisoned? -via DreamActivist OrgSIGN PETITION NOW: http://bit.ly/FranciscoM

Alfredo Posada (A# 089-826-103), father of 3 US citizen children who has lived in the U.S. for 17 years was pulled over and detained for driving without a license in Arapaho County, Colorado. Currently Alfredo is being held in Otoro County Processing Center, NM. Although Alfredo was previously deported in 2008, due to the economic hardships his family was facing he returned in 2010. In 10 days, the Immigrant Youth Justice League will be celebrating its 3rd anniversary. As a commemoration of those three years of work, I made this image in honor of the inspiring work they’ve done and continue to do. If you’re in the Chicago area, please go by and support the 3rd Anniversary Celebration at the National Museum of Mexican Art! Click on the image to purchase tickets!
