Today, we met Ms. Maria and her daughter Juliana. Her son, Juan, was tragically killed in a car accident while waiting for the Dream Act to pass. He wasn’t able to fulfill his dreams. Ms. Maria and her daughter came to our office today to make a monetary and school supplies donation. She says that even though her son couldn’t reach his dreams, she hopes our youth will.
